Pick a length, pick a slot, and put the deposit down to hold it. A 50% deposit holds the date. The balance is due on the day. The exact address and parking details come through with your confirmation.
Putting a deposit down means you agree to the session terms. They are short and in plain English.

After the discovery call, copy the link for what they need and text it from the Lead Connector app. Every room books against the same calendar, so a booking in one room blocks that time in all of them.
